Step-by-Step Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, mix together yogurt, bulgur, coconut milk, honey, and ginger.
Divide the mixture between two jars, pint jars work well.
Top with blackberries
Cover and chill overnight, good for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
Stir well before serving.
Top with a few additional blackberries if desired.
