Ingredients

  • cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup bulgur cracked wheat
  • 3 tblsp coconut milk use full cream
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • 1 tblsp honey Manuka

  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together yogurt, bulgur, coconut milk, honey, and ginger.
  • Divide the mixture between two jars, pint jars work well.
  • Top with blackberries
  • Cover and chill overnight, good for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.

  • Top with a few additional blackberries if desired.
