Blackberry-Ginger Overnight Bulgur Breakfast

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup bulgur cracked wheat
- 3 tblsp coconut milk use full cream
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ cup blackberries
- 1 tblsp honey Manuka
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together yogurt, bulgur, coconut milk, honey, and ginger.
- Divide the mixture between two jars, pint jars work well.
- Top with blackberries
- Cover and chill overnight, good for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
- Stir well before serving.
- Top with a few additional blackberries if desired.
