Don’t overcomplicate it. Some grilled chicken with a simple lettuce/tomato/cucumber/olive salad with olive oil/lemon juice dressing, a salmon and zucchini stir-fry, or a bowl of cauliflower soup with a slice of seed bread can all be filling and gut therapeutic.

Many of these meals or salads can be batch-cooked and made in minutes, it’s how you can stay consistent with good eating habits even on your busiest days.
