Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- ½ cup tapioca flour
- ¼ cup potato starch
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2-3 tbsp light olive oil
- ¼ cup rice protein powder
- 1 tsp stevia or xylitol (to taste)
- 1 cup water (depending on thickness desired)
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Drop a large spoonful of the mix into a hot and oiled pan. Brown on both sides and serve while warm.
