Ingredients

  • 2 cups alkalised water or filtered water
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon or lime
  • Ice cubes optional

  • 2 –3 fresh mint leaves cooling & digestive
  • 2 slices fresh ginger root anti-inflammatory
  • 1 cinnamon stick blood sugar support
  • 1 sprig lemon verbena or lemongrass calming
  • 1 tsp dried elderberries steeped in hot water and cooled (immune boost)

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Fill two glasses with alkalised water and a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice.
    2 cups alkalised water, Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • Stir well and add ice cubes if desired.

  • Choose one or more upgrades: add mint, ginger, a cinnamon stick, or lemon verbena. For elderberry, steep in hot water, cool, and mix into your drink.

  • Stir gently and enjoy immediately.
