Ingredients
- 2 cups alkalised water or filtered water
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon or lime
- Ice cubes optional

- 2 –3 fresh mint leaves cooling & digestive
- 2 slices fresh ginger root anti-inflammatory
- 1 cinnamon stick blood sugar support
- 1 sprig lemon verbena or lemongrass calming
- 1 tsp dried elderberries steeped in hot water and cooled (immune boost)
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Fill two glasses with alkalised water and a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice.2 cups alkalised water, Juice of ½ fresh lemon
