Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric or 1-inch piece fresh turmeric, grated
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger or ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 tsp coconut oil or ghee, if tolerated
- 3 –4 drops liquid stevia optional, adjust to taste
Step-by-Step Instructions

Notes & Tips
- Black pepper is essential for activating curcumin in turmeric.
