- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped (or ½ tsp dried)
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or ½ tsp dried
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Place in a roasting dish.1 boneless skin-on turkey breast
