A Lifetime Dedicated to Natural Health & Gut Wellness

With over 40 years of experience in natural medicine, I’ve spent my career helping people achieve lasting health by addressing the root causes of their conditions. My passion for gut health, the microbiome, and holistic healing has driven me to develop science-backed solutions that empower individuals to take control of their well-being.

A Pioneer in Digestive & Gut Microbiome Health

From early in my career, I recognised the deep connection between gut health, immune function, and overall wellness. My fascination with the intricate balance between nutrition, lifestyle, and the body’s natural healing abilities led me to become a leader in the field of gut wellness.

Through years of clinical practice and research, our clinic in New Zealand has helped thousands of patients overcome chronic gut conditions, from Candida overgrowth and SIBO to irritable bowel syndrome and IBD. My holistic approach integrates functional medicine, targeted nutrition, herbal therapies, and lifestyle changes—proven strategies that promote long-term health rather than just managing Candida symptoms.

Natural Health Supplement Formulator

For more than 35 years, I have formulated advanced gut health supplements designed to support microbial balance and digestive wellness. I’m not into producing “fad” supplement by jumping on the latest health craze. It’s the result of decades of hands-on clinical work and gut research in natural medicine, focusing on evidence-based solutions proven to support gut health.

In 2013 I formulated Candida supplements that were at the time the world’s first broad-spectrum natural formula combining anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-parasitic, anti-microbial, and probiotic enzymes — uniquely designed for individuals with Candida and gut health disorders. Ten years before that I formulated gut-specialty products, a highly-regarded New Zealand professional range called Naturopaths Own.

These are more than just basic dietary supplements—they are carefully crafted natural gut-solutions that align with the body’s natural healing processes. Each formula is rooted in scientific research and decades of clinical experience, offering real, lasting benefits.

Empowering Health Through Education

Long before the internet made health information widely available, I was writing for health magazines, sharing my knowledge with those eager to improve their well-being naturally. In 2013 I published the book Candida Crusher. Today in 2025, my YouTube channel, blog, and website (Candida.com) serve as trusted resources for science-backed advice on gut health, Candida, chronic illness, and holistic healing.

My goal is simple: to make complex health information accessible and practical so you can take charge of your own health in the comfort of your own home.

A Holistic Approach to Wellness

True health isn’t just about avoiding illness—it’s about creating the conditions for your body to thrive.

Beyond My Work: A Life in Harmony with Nature

My wife, Tracee Reynolds, and I have always embraced a natural lifestyle. We live in beautiful New Zealand, where we enjoy bushwalking, gardening, and raising our family with a deep connection to nature. Tracee, a dedicated mother and passionate gardener, has been instrumental in our journey toward sustainable, healthy living. Together, we continue to share our knowledge, helping others integrate natural health into their daily lives.

A Legacy of Healing & Knowledge

Although I retired from clinical practice in 2019, my dedication to natural health education remains stronger than ever. Through my research, online content, and health programs, I continue to support individuals worldwide on their path to better health.

I invite you to explore my resources, learn from my expertise, and take the next step toward vibrant, lasting wellness.

Fungi are a vast and diverse kingdom of organisms that play a crucial role in nature. Unlike plants, fungi do not rely on photosynthesis to generate energy.
